The NRA’s Refuse To Be A Victim program is not a firearms instruction course and does not include instruction in physical combat or self-defense. It is a 5-hour classroom seminar that teaches about common weaknesses that may be exploited by criminals and teaches a variety of corrective measures that are practical, inexpensive, and easy to follow. This seminar will help students (both male and female!!) improve their personal safety strategies and will provide them with valuable information that can be applied in every area of their life.

This class will be a 2-hour overview of the RTBAV program and will highlight several critical elements from the RTBAV program including:
